What is your return policy?
We offer full refund or exchange if
-Your product arrives damaged.
-In the unlikely event your product is faulty.
If you do receive your order and your item is damaged or faulty please contact us right away with a photo and we will organise a refund or replacement which ever your prefer.
We do not offer refund for change of mind.
How long will my order take to ship?
All of our products are handmade and due to the handmade nature it can take up to 5 business days to dispatch your order, generally your order will be dispatched before the 5 days but please allow 2-5 business days from purchase. If you need your order dispatched sooner please contact us and we will prioritise your order. Delivery times vary depending on your location, most orders are shipped via Australia Post and some via Sendle. Most orders arrive with in 7 days from post 2 days for express however can sometimes take up to 10 days. Can I wash my bow?
Please do not machine wash your bows, if for any reason your bows need to be washed please spot clean with a damp cloth and allow to air dry. You can machine was you Top Knots on a cold gentle cycle and hang to dry.
Will the headband fit my child?
All of our headbands are made from super soft and stretchy nylon. These nylon headbands are designed to fit from newborn babes right up to their Mamas.
Can my child wear their bows while sleeping?
Please do not let your little love sleep while wearing our products. While we have tested each piece they can potentially be a choking hazard.
